RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Glacen Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. We offer exchanges on all orders within 48 hours of delivery. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at glacenteam@glacenbeauty.com within that window with your order number and reason for the exchange.
Return shipping is on us, Glacen Beauty covers all return shipping costs for approved exchanges. Please note that items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
